This policy explains how Easria uses cookies and similar technologies. Last updated: June 30, 2026.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Easria uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) to operate the platform, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and improve security.
These cookies are required for the platform to function. They enable authentication, session management, CSRF protection, and load balancing. You cannot opt out of these cookies without breaking core functionality. Examples: session ID, CSRF token, authentication token.
We use privacy-respecting analytics (Umami) to understand how visitors interact with our site. Analytics cookies track page views, session duration, referral source, and geographic region (country-level only). We do NOT use cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or sell data to third parties.
These cookies remember your preferences: theme selection (dark/light mode), language, accepted cookie banner state, and onboarding progress. They enhance your experience but are not essential for core functionality.
If you interact with our marketing content, we may use pixels from Meta and Google to measure ad performance and retarget visitors who showed interest. These are only set if you accept marketing cookies via our consent banner. We do not share personal data with advertising networks beyond what is strictly necessary for campaign measurement.
Some third-party tools we use may set their own cookies: Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS/voice), Resend (email delivery), and PostHog (product analytics, self-hosted). These services have their own privacy policies governing their cookie usage.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Our cookie consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can revisit your choice at any time by clearing your local storage and refreshing the page. Note: disabling all cookies will prevent you from logging in.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies have varying lifespans: analytics (30 days), functional (365 days), marketing (90 days). Authentication tokens expire after 24 hours and require re-login. Refresh tokens last 30 days.
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you, request deletion, opt out of cookie sale/sharing, and file a complaint with your local data protection authority. Exercise these rights at privacy@easria.com.
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be notified via email and a prominent banner on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
