If Easria is not the right fit for your business, cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription for a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment and any setup fee paid.
Easria is month-to-month with no lock-in. You can cancel at any point in your billing cycle. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made.
Beyond the guarantee window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period once it has commenced. If you experience a verifiable technical failure or billing discrepancy on our end, contact support within 14 days of the event and we will audit and make it right — including a pro-rata refund where the failure is confirmed.
Email support@easria.com from your account address with the word "Refund". Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused full months within the first 30 days only.
