To operate the service we collect: account details (name, email, phone), business information (company name, industry, address), communication records processed on your behalf (calls, SMS, emails, chats), billing tokens processed by our payment provider (we never store raw card numbers), and technical usage data (IP address, device, session logs).
Your data is used solely to operate, support, and improve your Easria setup: running your AI receptionist and automations, syncing your calendar and inbox, generating your reports, and providing support. We do not sell your data, and we do not engage in data brokerage. Your business data is your private asset.
You can request access to your data, correction, a full export, or complete deletion at any time by emailing privacy@easria.com. We respond within 30 days. Deletion removes your data from production systems; encrypted backups age out within 90 days.
We keep your data while your account is active and for 30 days after termination (so you can restore if you change your mind). After that window, data is deleted. Records we must keep for legal or tax purposes (e.g., invoices) are retained only as required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), with multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access controls, and isolated tenant storage. We enforce strict security standards while remaining honest: no digital system is 100% impenetrable, and we notify affected customers without undue delay in the event of a breach.
We rely on a short list of sub-processors: AWS (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (telecom), and PostHog (product analytics). The full register and contractual terms are in our Data Processing Agreement. Questions or requests: privacy@easria.com.
